The purpose of RCBC Youth Ministry is to make disciples and to glorify God. We have a strong desire to see youth spend their life walking with Jesus as disciples that make disciples. In order to accomplish this, we have developed a process to disciple youth through their Christian walk so that they will grow in knowledge of God and His Word while reaching others with the Gospel. However, we cannot do this alone, but we also strive to equip parents by walking beside them as we believe that discipleship and spiritual growth is vital in the home. 

RCBC Youth Ministry offers three weekly programs designed to engage the lost and equip the believer. First, we offer a large group interaction on Wednesday nights, a Sunday morning small group, and a Sunday evening Bible study. These programs are designed to engage the youth with the Word of God so that they will grow and develop their faith. We also offer our youth the opportunity to participate in Falls Creek, Super Summer, D-Now Weekend, and domestic and international mission opportunities. Additionally, we give our youth the chance to get to know one another through several fun events offered throughout the year. We welcome everyone to join us at RCBC Youth Ministry.
